3. Legal Process and Sanctions

Copyright infringements are not only a civil matter, but also a process with serious legal consequences. MagicWorld Tour continuously monitors its content in the digital world with professional tools and software.

Upon detection of an infringement:

1. Legal Compensation Lawsuits: Legal action will be immediately taken against the person or institution engaging in unauthorized use for compensation and material/moral damages.
