This Reservation Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through MagicWorld Tour.

1. General Information

Tours offered through MagicWorld Tour may have different cancellation conditions depending on their content and operation structure.

2. Cancellation Types

In the system, tours are divided into two different cancellation categories:

2.1 Tours Cancellable by Customer

For tours in this category, the customer may cancel their reservation within the period and conditions specified in the relevant tour's package details.

The cancellation and refund conditions are clearly stated on the tour details page.

2.2 Tours Not Cancellable by Customer

Some tours, solely due to operational requirements:

• Cannot be cancelled by the customer
• Change requests may not be accepted

Such reservations can only be cancelled:

• In cases of operator-initiated cancellation
• In force majeure situations

3. Applicable Conditions

The cancellation condition applicable to each reservation is:

• The specific cancellation policy stated in the relevant tour's package details
• This general policy does not supersede the tour-specific terms.

4. Cancellation by Operator

The tour operator or MagicWorld Tour may cancel the reservation in the following situations:

• Insufficient participation
• Weather conditions
• Operational necessities
• Safety reasons

In these cases, an alternative date or refund is provided where possible.

5. Refund Conditions

Refund processes are carried out according to the specific cancellation conditions of the relevant tour.

In eligible cases, refunds are made via the original payment method.

6. Liability

MagicWorld Tour serves as an intermediary platform, and cancellation and refund conditions are largely subject to the policies of the tour provider operators.
