After a few hours of pleasant driving, you arrive at Salda Lake in the Yeşilova district of Burdur, sitting at 1,140 metres above sea level. The moment the lake’s crystal-clear turquoise water and white mineral sand greet you, you understand why it is called “Turkey’s Maldives.” During your free time, you can stroll along the lakeside, take photographs and soak in this extraordinary landscape.
